There is new education paradigm in sub-province Garut with a support of the aid from DBE3 in the form of trainings for partner and non partner school teachers. This Paradigm has opened understanding to all teacher to conduct their duty eminently and more professional. In other hand, basic concept offered in trainings has led the teachers to start to have critical thinking of study stressfulness in class through an activity named as team teaching and partnership.
If we comprehend furthermore the soul of the training held by DBE3 tends to improve awareness and an understating of what often told with term Lesson Study (LS) or Classroom Action Research(CAR). This condition can be seen from partnership activity conducted by facilitators to the teachers that has conducted teaching process in the classroom.
Partnership activity tends to inspire their awareness of insuffiency ,constraint and weakness existing at he/she or at its environment. Teacher that execute study in class will be led to feel any less at its it-self and environment during teaching and learning take place. More over, teacher is directed to solve their problems and the most important is they must have strong willing to conduct teaching learning process better in the next period.
